7 DON'TS AFTER A MEAL
Ignorance is as dangerous as a disease. What you do after a meal matters a great deal to your wellbeing. Below is a list of "7 don'ts" from medical experts.
1. Don't have smoke: Experiments from experts prove that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking ten cigarette. This can increase your chances of developing cancer.
2. Don't eat fruits immediately: Eating fruits immediately after meals will make the stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore, take fruits 1-2 hours after meals or 1hour before meal.
3. Don't drink tea: Tea leaves contains a high content of acid which causes the protein content in the food you consume to be hardened, thus difficult to digest (except green tea, tisanes/herb teas)
4. Don't loosen your belt: loosening the belt after meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked. It is better to loose the belt before eating.
5. Don't bath: Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body, thus the amount of blood around the stomach will decrease. This will weaken the digestive system.
6. Don't walk about: people always say that after a meal, walk a hundred steps and you will live to 99. In the actual sense this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we take.
7. Don't sleep immediately: The food we take will not be be able to digest properly and lead to gastric and infection of our intestine.

Nice one
